By accessing and using Lets Park'in (the 'Service'), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Maintain the security of your password and account

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

You may not use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

Subject to these Terms, Lets Park'in grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use the Service for your parking management needs

• Use our mobile applications on devices you own or control

• Access and use any content, information, and related materials available through the Service

This license is conditioned on your compliance with these Terms and is automatically revoked if you violate any of these Terms.

Some aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee. You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated

• We may change our fees at any time with 30 days' notice

• Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of your account

• You are responsible for all taxes, duties, and assessments

Payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete payment card information.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others

• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

• Use automated means to access the Service without our permission

• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Service

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

• Interfere with other users' use and enjoyment of the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• No warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

• No warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

• No warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any information obtained through the Service

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that any defects will be corrected.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LETS PARK'IN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use

• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
